同行® for Adolescents Social Skills Groups

同行® for Adolescents is an evidence-based social skills intervention for motivated teens in middle and high school who are interested in making and keeping friends and/or handling conflict and rejection. Teens and parents attend 16-weekly group sessions for 90 minutes per week. Teens are taught social skills through didactic lessons and 角色扮演的示威游行, and practice these skills during group socialization activities. Parents attend separate sessions simultaneously and are taught how to assist their teens in making and keeping friends. Parent participation is required. Teens will learn about: developing and maintaining friendships, 会话技巧, entering and exiting conversations, electronic communication, using humor appropriately, 组织聚会, 做个有风度的人, 处理分歧, changing a bad reputation, and handling teasing and bullying.

同行® for Young Adults Social Skills Groups

同行® for Young Adults is an evidence-based social skills intervention for motivated 成年人 who are interested in making and keeping friends and/or handling conflict and rejection. Young 成年人 and social coaches (including parents or other caregivers) attend 16-weekly group sessions for 90 minutes per week. Young 成年人 are taught social skills through didactic lessons and 角色扮演的示威游行, and practice these skills during group socialization activities. Social coaches attend separate sessions simultaneously and are taught how to assist their teens in making and keeping friends and/or dating. Young 成年人 will learn about: developing and maintaining friendships, 会话技巧, entering and exiting conversations, electronic communication, using humor appropriately, 组织聚会, 约会技巧, 处理约会压力, 处理分歧, changing a bad reputation, and handling direct and indirect bullying.

同行® for Preschoolers Social Skills Groups

同行® for Preschoolers is a 16-week evidence-based parent-assisted social skills intervention to teach children, between the ages of 4 to 6 years, how to make and keep friends. Originally developed at UCLA by Dr. 伊丽莎白Laugeson, 同行® for Preschoolers may be appropriate for preschoolers with Autism Spectrum Disorder, 注意力缺陷多动症, 焦虑, Depression or other social and behavioral disorders. 孩子ren must speak consistently in phrases and sentences of four or more words. Parent Participation is required. Your child will learn how to: listen and follow directions, 询问并使用名字, 问候朋友, 分享和轮流, 邀请朋友一起玩, 加入正在进行的游戏, 玩耍时保持凉爽, 做个有风度的人, transition to new play activities, 寻求并给予帮助, 控制好音量, and maintain good body boundaries.

同行®新兵训练营

同行®新兵训练营 are designed to teach evidence-based social skills to anyone interested in learning more, 包括青少年, 成年人, 家庭, 从业人员, 和教育工作者. Attendees are presented with targeted skills through didactic instruction, 角色扮演的示威游行, and have the opportunity to practice the newly-learned skills through behavioral rehearsal exercises. During these behavioral rehearsals, attendees are divided into small breakout groups to practice with direct coaching from our treatment team. 前ics of these Boot Camps include dating etiquette, 谈话技巧, 友谊的技能, 处理欺凌行为.

The 同行® 虚拟新兵训练营 includes 35 pre-recorded episodes covering all of the skills that we teach in our teen and young adult evidence-based social skill programs. The topics covered include 友谊的技能, 谈话技巧, 解决冲突, 处理欺凌, 约会礼仪. Participants can watch episodes at their own pace over the 60 day viewing period while receiving additional resources and suggestions for how to practice the skills in the real world.
